An annual state event paying homage to the lepa, a traditional single-mast sailing boat of the Bajau of Semporna, the Regatta Lepa attracts thousands of visitors to Sabah each year.

The boats dot the Celebs Sea as they compete for the title of Most Beautiful Lepa

Held in April, the festival showcases the customs and traditions of the Bajau Laut (sea gypsies)
