The 7th Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta (PIHABF) is slated to be held on the 12 to 15 March 2015 at Precinct 2, Putrajaya from 7am to 9pm.

In line with the event, there will be activities and attractions for visitors planned for the festival. 

1.    Night Glow with Fireworks

Night Glow is an event where the hot air balloons ignite their burners simultaneously creating an illusion of glowing bulbs in the sky. As one of the favourite annual highlights, Night Glow is also accompanied by fireworks finale on the 14 and 15 March.

2.    Van Gogh Balloon 

This special hot air balloon will be celebrating its 150th anniversary, as it pays tribute to the famous post-impressionist European painter Van Gogh, who played a major influence on 20th-century art forms. 

3.    Picnic Area

By pre-ordering a savoury ‘Balloon & Breakfast’ set visitors can enjoy picnicking with a stunning view of Putrajaya lake as the morning flight of hot air balloons float across the sky. Food and Doof bean bags are provided but don't forget to bring your picnic mats.

4.    Helicopter Joy Rides

Amin Faried (M) Sdn Bhd is offering 'Helicopter Joy Rides' that lets passengers experience Putrajaya from a bird's eye view. The helicopter features a brand new business-class interior and carries up to 6 passengers (excluding pilot) with rides lasting five to seven minutes.

5.    Extreme Zone

Various activities including Sky Rider, Paintball, Spider Jump, Space Spin, Archery, Hamster Roll and the opportunity to walk inside a gigantic hot air balloon are made available for participation for outdoor and extreme sports enthusiasts.

6.    Food & Bazaar Area 

The food bazaar area will feature various offerings from stalls by Rock & Tulips and food trucks by Fried Chillies. 

7.   Premium offers by MyBalloonClub

MyBalloonClub is offering a premium treat whereby members can break away from crowd to enjoy a picturesque viewing of the hot air balloons while listening to live jazz music and dining on a gourmet buffet breakfast.
