The biggest outlet mall in Malaysia is set to open its doors in November 2016. Situated in the Malaysian northern state of Penang, the Design Village mall boasts a 150 stores, all housed within a garden setting, which spreads across 24-acres.

Design Village offers a whole new shopping and dining experience for shoppers and is designed from the ground up as a family-friendly destination. Offering 365 days of bargains, the outlet mall offers a wide variety of items from popular brands.

For Parents and Kids

Built within a 24-acres tropical garden, Design Village is furnished with beautifully crafted landscaping, water features and fountains, and unique architecture. For the little ones, there is an exciting outdoor playground located near to the household and kids zone, which is home to kids’ stores like Minions, Curiosity, Poney, Cotton On Kids, and BVO (Kids’ Section).

Safe Mall Concept

Another key feature of the Design Village is its ‘safe mall’ concept. There are complimentary wristbands for kids and designated parking area for ladies. During the late hours of the evening, the mall’s very own security force is on hand to escort ladies to their cars.

Featuring premium and high street brands, kids fashion and toy store, sports & outdoor selections, home appliances and F&B outlets, Design Village is ready to welcome visitors from November 2016 onwards.
